How much does a conference headshot booth cost?
A half day is $1,750 for up to 4 hours, a full day is $3,500 for up to 8 hours. Instant edited headshot delivery is included, and additional retouched images are $50 each.
How many people can you photograph in a day?
It depends on your queue and how long you want to spend with each person, so this is worth talking through — booths are sized to the event rather than to a fixed headcount. Tell me your expected attendance and I will tell you what is realistic.
Do attendees get their photos at the event?
Yes. That is the point of the booth. Images are retouched and emailed while the event is still running, so people are sharing them before they go home.
Do we get the attendee contact details?
Yes. The sign-up form is branded with your logo and every participant's details are returned to you as a CSV — the booth doubles as a lead-capture stand.
Can the galleries carry our branding?
Yes. Sign-up forms and individual galleries are both branded with your logo, so the whole experience reads as yours rather than as the photographer's.
Will you travel to our venue?
The booth travels. It is regularly set up at conferences in and around London, Ontario, and further afield by arrangement — send the venue and dates and you will get a firm quote back.
