How much does event photography cost in London, Ontario?
Event photography is $200 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Longer events are quoted the same way — send the timings and you will get a firm total back.
How soon after the event do we get the photos?
Timings are agreed before the event. If you need a handful of images the same night for social media, that is worth planning in advance rather than asking on the night.
Will you be intrusive during the event?
No. The point is that you stay present and your guests forget there is a photographer in the room. Coverage is planned around the run sheet so the moments that matter are covered without anyone being directed at them.
Can we use the images for marketing and sponsor reports?
Yes — that is most of their value. The images are yours to use for promotion, social, recap decks and next year's campaign.
Do you cover events outside London?
Yes. Events in and around London, Ontario are routine, and further afield by arrangement — send the venue and timings.
Can you do headshots at the same event?
Yes, and it is a common pairing — a headshot booth alongside coverage of the event itself. Those are quoted together; see the conference booth page for how the booth works.
